With a generous 4,000-square foot roof terrace, this property allowed Connect One Design to implement a number of different features within a cohesive design. Complex containers were designed by C1D and manufactured by Ore Containers to house built in speakers, sub-woofers, lights, junction boxes and necessary irrigation infrastructure. These containers were then filled with switch grasses, flame grass, blue gramma, and creeping jenny to further disguise the hardware and create privacy. The terrace also includes a swimming pool, two hot tubs, an outdoor kitchen, dining space for 14, and a fireplace with seating. C1D selected day beds, deck chairs, and chaise lounges from Kettal Furniture to accent the clean design of the terrace.
