CHERRY CREEK NORTH

This brand new home in Cherry Creek North is situated in a well-established residential neighborhood and would be the home where the clients retired. They were looking to develop a courtyard that would be visible from inside of the house. The clients were very open to exploring our design vision and allowed us to employ our creativity liberally. The design principles were to create a space that would provide an artistic, vegetated gap between the two sides of the home. We ultimately developed a highly crafted internal courtyard using timeless and graceful materials. All views were accommodated internally from inside the house. Planting involved mostly bamboos for privacy from the street and perennials on pots for color.
